Hayely and Tanja expressed their love for one another with a simple, fun traditional Commitment Ceremony on the magnificent Bilinga Beach on the southern Gold Coast near Coolangatta.

I believe it is a basic human right to have the benefits of a civil marriage regardless of sexual orientation. I believe that same sex couples should be able to marry legally in Australia as they do in the Netherlands, Denmark and Canada.

When civil marriage becomes legal here in Australia for gay and lesbian couples, it will be a great honour and a privilege for me to marry you! Until that time of great enlightenment comes I can offer to perform commitment ceremonies for you where the same powerful intentions and promises are made to each other. Your vows and commitments in your ceremony are made in love and create a union strengthened morally, emotionally and spiritually.

Commitment Ceremonies For Gay & Lesbian Couples

My mission as a celebrant for gay and lesbian couples is to assist you to create a personal, magical ceremony to express your love and commitment to each other. I will co-create with you a ceremony that is memorable for you and your guests; a ceremony that is meaningful and reflects who you are as individuals and as a couple, together in your relationship. It will be true to your values, beliefs, vision and dreams for your future as life partners.

Using a civil marriage celebrant for your ceremony allows you the freedom to choose exactly where you want to be married, choices are endless. You can marry on a glorious Gold Coast beach or in the amazing hinterland rainforest landscape, quaint chapels, mountain and sea side restaurants with panoramic and ocean views, exquisite sub-tropical gardens and up market reception facilities. If you are the adventurous kind you can jump out of a plane, go up in a hot air balloon or scuba dive if that is your passion.
