Provision of the latest high quality Public Address System with wireless microphone if required

Lodging of all legal documents and other paperwork and administrative tasks meeting all legal requirements (for weddings).

The Gold Coast offers a wealth of public parklands and beautiful places for beaches weddings and for commitment. How romantic can a beach wedding ceremony be? What better way to say ‘I love you’ than with the sand running between your toes? It’s all true; a beach wedding is beautiful, romantic and picturesque. But beach wedding ceremonies have their problems too. Please remember to have an indoor venue arranged as a back up in case of bad weather.

Booking Gold Coast Beach Weddings- application to hold a wedding on the Gold Coast's beautiful beaches. Approvals for a simple ceremony only Approximately one hour is allowed. including setting up time.
Please be aware that Council approves many beach weddings throughout the year and several locations have become popular.
During the months of February/March there are major surfboard riding competitions approved on the Gold Coast. The preferred location for these is the point breaks of Burleigh, Kirra and Snapper Rocks/Rainbow Bay. This may impact on wedding sites in these areas at that time of year.
The area known as Froggy Beach at Snapper Rocks is not available for wedding approvals from
1 February – 31 March each year.

The Old Church
The church sits in a traditional country churchyard, with many mature trees, both deciduous and evergreen.
